Signals for ongoing intelligence

Always-on monitoring that detects material external change, explains what moved, and preserves the source trail behind every alert.

What a Signal does

A Signal is a standing question about the external world. You define the sources and the threshold for what counts as material; Lucid re-checks continuously, compares new reporting against what was already established, and raises an alert only when something actually changed.

What each alert carries

Every alert states what changed, which sources reported it, how their framing differs, and what remains unconfirmed — so it can be forwarded to a decision-maker without re-doing the research.
